How to Use

Use Ampra morning and night, 1 to 2 pumps on clean, dry skin. At night, follow it with 1 to 2 pumps of AlphaRet®, avoiding the eyes. New to retinoids? Start AlphaRet® every second or third night and build up. Follow with moisturizer, wear sunscreen every morning, and stop if irritation lasts. Pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy? Check with your physician before using.
