How to Use
Use morning, evening or both, after cleansing, exfoliating and toning. Apply a pea-size amount around the orbital area, drawing small circles with the cooling tip until absorbed. Put it on before any eye crème or moisturizer, and follow with sunscreen in the morning. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
